Please tell me the format tape deck is recording

Also when I use demo,tape deck is making big noise when I recording..

   Tape Deck records as follows: High Quality - 44.100Hz, Apple Lossless encoding.
   Medium Quality - 44.100Hz, 16-bit, 64kbps (mono) or 128kbps (stereo) AAC.
   Low Quality - 22.050Hz, 16-bit, 24kbps (mono) or 48kbps (stereo) AAC.
